Returns and Refunds

At Petifyzone, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may arrive damaged. That's why we have a hassle-free return and refund policy in place to ensure your satisfaction.

30-Day Return Policy: You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Please make sure to include any tags or labels that came with the product. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our dedicated support team at contact@petifyzone.com. They will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label. Please note that returns should be sent to the address provided by our support team.

Exceptions: Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards. If you have any questions about the eligibility of your item, please reach out to our support team for clarification.

Inspecting Your Order: We recommend inspecting your order upon receipt. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. Our support team will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to initiate a return and then make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without any justification. The same conditions apply as mentioned above.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 20 business days of receiving the returned item and automatically credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
